I guess I have dash cam footage of this idiot. No horn though, I was too stunned at how stupid it was. And the road was definitely not busy enough to block him from getting over to the right, he just went for it for some reason.

I was coming from the opposite direction, had a left turning car to my left and saw the Silverado stop and let the guy turn... then HE TURNED as I was passing. Thankfully its a 25mp zone and I saw the impending doom and didn’t have to jam on the brakes. Did jam on horn though.
